▶ New Home PDI (pre-delivery) Inspections


When purchasing a home directly from most builders in Ontario, the home is protected by a warranty program managed by TARION. This multi-level warranty offers protection to the home owner that covers various components in the home for a period of 1 to 7 years. Under this warranty program, prior to taking possession of a new home, the builder must provide you with an opportunity to go through your home with a member of the builder's team and determine any errors or repairs that are required by the builder.
